Sunday, November 1, 2009 Eagles running back Brian Westbrook was ruled out Sunday against the Giants because of a concussion he suffered last week. Philadelphia (4-2) hosts New York (5-2) with first place in the NFC East at stake. Westbrook has only 197 yards rushing this season. He didn't practice all week after he was knocked unconscious in the Eagles' 27-17 win over Washington on Monday night when he took a knee to his head.
