Saturday, October 31, 2009 ORONO, Maine -- Warren Smith passed for 226 yards, threw for a touchdown and ran for another score to lead Maine to a 19-9 win over Massachusetts on Saturday. Smith, who was 19-for-35 passing, also had an interception for the Black Bears (4-4, 3-2 Colonial Athletic Association). Maine trailed 7-3 with 3:40 left in the second quarter after UMass' Jon Hernandez scored on a 1-yard touchdown run.
