Friday, October 30, 2009 SINGAPORE -- Daniel Chopra shot a 6-under 65 Friday to move into a three-way tie with Ian Poulter and Chan Yih-shin at the rain-plagued Singapore Open. Chopra closed his second round at 7 under, while both Poulter and Chan failed to finish the round because of darkness. Poulter made it through three holes and Chan seven before the suspension.
