Bulls fans have a lot to be happy about after the first two quarters of the season. The team looks rested and ready, but there are definitely a couple of ways for Chicago to improve. Let's take a look at some of the game's keys up to this point as the Bulls lead the Spurs 47-46 at halftime. 1. Derrick Rose looks good.
