Thursday, October 29, 2009 FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- The New York Jets found the replacement for Leon Washington in the man he replaced: Justin Miller. Miller will return kickoffs for the Jets on Sunday against Miami in his first game back with New York. Special teams coordinator Mike Westhoff says Miller looks good in practice and he's eager to see if the 2006 Pro Bowl selection can be the explosive returner he was in his first stint with the Jets.
