Thursday, October 29, 2009 Honestly, my immediate reaction to the news Vince Young will be elevated to start at quarterback for the Tennessee Titans was to shrug my shoulders and act like it couldn't have meant less for fantasy football. Young was awful for much of 2007, failing to capitalize on what was a valuable rookie season.
