Football Outsiders Thursday, October 29, 2009 The NFL always has bad teams, but this season, it feels worse than usual. The bad teams aren't just bad -- they seem hopeless and pathetic. There are three teams with no wins (Tennessee, Tampa Bay and St. Louis) and three more with just one win (Kansas City, Detroit and Cleveland). The Raiders (somehow) have won twice, but toss them into the mix, and you end up with seven teams with 26 losses by two touchdowns or more. Are this season's bad teams really worse than ever before?
