LOS ANGELES -- Mike D'Antoni is gone to the New York Knicks, yet some of the Phoenix Suns are still playing as if he's coaching them. Steve Nash scored 15 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter, when he rallied the Suns to a 109-107 season-opening victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
