Wednesday, October 28, 2009 WASHINGTON -- The Washington Redskins say tight end Chris Cooley could return to action in a month after having an operation on his broken right ankle. Cooley's surgery was Wednesday, two days after he was injured in the first half of Washington's 27-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Redskins originally feared the two-time Pro Bowl player could be sidelined for two months and might have to go on injured reserve, missing the rest of the season.
