FARMINGTON, Conn. — Joe Kowalski, a retired Marine Corps veteran and member of the 2005 state team for Connecticut, helped organize the fishing event for the Connecticut Wounded Warrior Disabled Sports Project, Aug. 14-15, at Batterson Pond.
