The Class of 2008 was a banner recruiting cycle for Jacksonville, which produced 20 BCS signees from inside the city limits, includging current college football standouts like Clemson quarterback Kyle Parker, Florida State running back Jermaine Thomas and Boston College running back Montel Harris.
