The third start of Washington Nationals phenom Stephen Strasburg at the Arizona Fall League was a big rebound from a previous outing that the right-hander called a "learning experience." Four days after he allowed eight runs and failed to get out of the third inning, Strasburg kept the opposing Surprise Rafters squad hitless over his first four frames before giving up a leadoff double in the fifth and exiting due to pitch count one strikeout later.
