CHICAGO -- The Chicago Bears dropped like a rock in the latest ESPN.com NFL Power Rankings, falling eight spots from No. 10 to No. 18. Frankly, the Bears are lucky to still crack the Top 20, considering they failed to show up during their 35-point loss at Cincinnati.
