Sherm Lewis wasn't necessarily the first choice to be Washington Redskins head coach Jim Zorn's consultant and eventual offensive coordinator. According to a source, Zorn reached out to former Seahawks offensive coordinator Gil Haskell to help. For family reasons, Haskell had to wait a few extra days before he could aid the Redskins.
