ESPNDallas.com Tuesday, October 27, 2009 UNIVERSITY PARK -- SMU quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell has a slight tear in the labrum of his separated left shoulder, coach June Jones said Tuesday. Mitchell, who did not practice, is scheduled to see a doctor Wednesday to determine whether he can return to the field. If Mitchell can't play, freshman Kyle Padron will start against Tulsa on Saturday. Mitchell said he's sore, but will play if the doctors clear him.
