Got the weekly BALLS Index rankings from Sal at madduxsports.com. And it made me realize that, nine weeks into the college football season, there are a few things we as fans know to be true: 1. Coming back to school to be the BMOC QB instead of jumping to the NFL can be a bad idea (sorry, Sam Bradford, Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow). 2.
