Tuesday, October 27, 2009 Four-star running back Giovanni Bernard (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./Saint Thomas Aquinas) committed to Notre Dame on Sunday. The Irish topped a host of other programs for his services. While many were surprised at the decision, it's isn't a big surprise to me personally.
