The Cowboys got a bargain when they locked up NT Jay Ratliff to a five-year, $20.5 million deal midway through his first season as a starter. Jerry's generosity hasn't been rewarded since. Several Cowboys have signed lucrative long-term deals since Ratliff, but none of them have played up to their price. That list includes CB Terence Newman (seven years, $50.2 million), RB Mario ...
