You have to go back a couple of years to find a high-dollar deal with a player that is paying off for Jerry Jones. The Cowboys got a bargain when they locked up NT Jay Ratliff to a five-year, $20.5 million deal midway through his first season as a starter. Jerry's generosity hasn't been rewarded since.
