Sharks end road trip on high note as San Jose stops Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA -- The San Jose Sharks sure looked quite fresh in the finale of a grueling six-game road trip. Manny Malhotra got his first two goals of the season, Dany Heatley and Jed Ortmeyer also scored and the San Jose Sharks beat the Philadelphia Flyers 4-1 Sunday night. Patrick Marleau and Dan Boyle had two assists each and backup goalie Thomas Greiss stopped 37 shots for the Sharks, who won for the fourth time in five games to complete a 4-2 trip.
