Sunday, October 25, 2009 A lot of NHL coaches break down their season into eight- or 10-game segments. Usually, they try to establish a goal for every 10 games. Commonly, it's around 12 points. That would translate to 96 for the season; plus, you have two extra games and a chance at 100 points. The Blackhawks are 6-3-1. That's 13 points, which has them on pace for 104.
