Stafford scores tying goal in third, Myers wins it for Sabres in SO

TAMPA, Fla. -- Ryan Miller kept Buffalo in the game and his teammates took advantage of it. Tyler Myers scored in the sixth round of the shootout after Drew Stafford tied it late in the third period and the Sabres beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 on Saturday night. Miller made 24 saves to remain undefeated (6-0-1) in regulation this season. He didn't allow a shootout goal. Myers beat Lightning goalie Mike Smith after making several stickhandling moves.
