Stadium to get new roof after Olympics

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- The stadium hosting the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics will get a roof worth about a half billion dollars after the Games. A retractable roof for the 60,000-seat BC Place Stadium is planned for 2011. It will replace the current air-supported dome. The CFL's B.C. Lions play there.
