OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma City Thunder have exercised fourth-year contract options on Kevin Durant and Jeff Green. Thunder general manager Sam Presti said on Friday that the team also exercised third-year options on guard Russell Westbrook and forward D.J. White.
