NEW YORK, N.Y. (Oct. 21, 2009) — The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) is proud to announce the top 40 riders who have qualified to compete at the 2009 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals. For the sixth time in its 16-year history, the PBR World Finals will span two consecutive weekends, Oct. 30-Nov. 1 and Nov. 5-8, and for the second year in a row, both weekends will take place at the Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus.
