ESPN.com Thursday, October 22, 2009 NASCAR driver Michael Waltrip was ticketed for failure to yield after a collision with a motorcycle Wednesday night in Mooresville, N.C., according to WCNC-TV. A police report stated Waltrip passed a field sobriety test at the scene of the accident. Waltrip was given a breathalyzer test and had a .06 blood-alcohol level, which is under the North Carolina legal limit of .08.
