Thursday, October 22, 2009 FORT WORTH -- TCU coach Gary Patterson said there wasn't much overall energy at the beginning of last Saturday's game against Colorado State. In fact, the Horned Frogs trailed 6-0 after the first quarter. He said the players finally got an emotional boost when Jeremy Kerley returned a punt 69 yards for a touchdown to give TCU a 17-6 lead.
