ESPN.com Thursday, October 22, 2009 The Detroit Lions used their bye week to juggle their roster and added linebacker Vinny Ciurciu to help out on special teams. According to a source, Ciurciu agreed to a one-year contract Wednesday night. The 29-year-old linebacker will be joining his fifth team. He was most recently with the New England Patriots, who signed him in May but let him go in their final cuts. He has also been with the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Minnesota Vikings.
