CHICAGO -- The Hawks fell apart in the third period against Vancouver on Wednesday, failing to score on a 5 on 3 while leading by a goal and then taking a string of penalties after Jonathan Toews was hit hard at center ice. Toews left the game and will be re-evaluated on Thursday as will Brent Seabrook, who took a hit to the face and could not return.
