Wednesday, October 21, 2009 Hicks Sports Group announced that Pittsburgh attorney Chuck Greenberg and his advisers met with Rangers officials at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington on Wednesday. Greenberg, like Jim Crane and his group on Tuesday, met with club president Nolan Ryan, general manager Jon Daniels and others. Ryan has talked several times with Greenberg and if his group ends up purchasing the Rangers, it's probable that Ryan would be a minority owner.
