Now that the Chicago's Jay Cutler has been locked up through 2013, the next quarterback in need of a contract is Denver's Kyle Orton, who went to the Broncos in exchange for Cutler. Orton is a free agent after the season and has been performing at a high level in the team's 6-0 start. However, if there isn't a salary cap, Orton would end up being a restricted free agent.
