U.S., Europe in 'Duel in the Pool'

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The top swimmers from Britain, Germany and Italy will take on a team of Americans in the biannual Duel in the Pool in Manchester, England. The two-hour event, to be held Dec. 18-19, will air Dec. 27 on NBC. The U.S. team of up to 18 men and 18 women will comprise swimmers from this year's U.S. nationals, World University Games, U.S. Open and world championships.
