Wednesday, October 21, 2009 FOXBOROUGH -- Amidst reports he suffered a broken arm in Sunday's win over the Titans, Patriots rookie wide receiver Julian Edelman was one of five players absent from the start of practice Wednesday outside Gillette Stadium. Edelman, running backs Fred Taylor and Sammy Morris, cornerback Darius Butler, and offensive tackle Matt Light were not present for the portion of practice open to the media, which included stretching and position drills.
