PITTSBURGH -- The Cleveland Cavaliers and Dallas Mavericks took different paths in getting ready for the regular season. Cavaliers coach Mike Brown played his starters into the second half Tuesday night, while Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle didn't suit up three of his stars.
