Tuesday, October 20, 2009 PHILADELPHIA -- Mike James made two of three free throws with 0.3 seconds remaining to lift the short-handed Washington Wizards to a 90-89 preseason victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday night. James was fouled by Willie Green as he attempted a 3-pointer. "I'll take it," James said. "I feel real good out there. I just tried to make a play and got the call.
