Monday, October 19, 2009 PARIS -- FIA presidential candidate Ari Vatanen said he will introduce a code of ethics to Formula One's governing body if he wins Friday's election. The Finnish candidate, who is vying with former Ferrari team principal Jean Todt to replace Max Mosley, said Monday that the code would cover all senior officials.
