CHICAGO -- For the first time (maybe ever), I have few complaints about where the Bears rank in the latest round of ESPN.com's NFL Power Rankings. After the always grueling bye weekend, coach Lovie Smith's crew moved up two spots to No. 12, and it is finally ahead of division rival Green Bay.
