Monday, October 12, 2009 BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Buffalo Sabres defenseman Andrej Sekera will miss at least two weeks because of a rib injury, while Toni Lydman is ready to return after missing Buffalo's first three games with a hand injury. Coach Lindy Ruff provided the update after practice Monday, a day before the Sabres (2-0-1) host the Detroit Red Wings (2-2-0).
