Forcier (concussion) expected to start

Freshman Tate Forcier will be Michigan's starting quarterback this week against Delaware State as long as he recovers from a mild concussion. Wolverines head coach Rich Rodriguez said Monday that Forcier still had a headache from the concussion, sustained in Saturday's 30-28 loss to Iowa.
