TORONTO -- Rookie DeMar DeRozan scored nine of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, Marco Belinelli added 15 and the Toronto Raptors beat the Washington Wizards 100-93 on Sunday. The ninth pick in the June draft, DeRozan had two highlight-reel dunks in the final quarter, including a one-handed putback off Jarrett Jack's missed jumper with 1:58 left that put Toronto up 96-88.
