GREELEY, Colo. -- Drew Hubel completed 18 of 25 passes for 193 yards and a touchdown as Portland State defeated Northern Colorado 23-18 Saturday. Connor Kavanaugh scored on a 1-yard run and Zach Brown kicked three field goals to help the Vikings (2-4, 1-3) win their first Big Sky game of the season.
