Saturday, October 10, 2009 SANTA ANA, Calif. -- The trial of a man charged with driving drunk and killing Los Angeles pitcher Nick Adenhart has been delayed for six months at the request of his new defense attorney. On Friday, Superior Court Judge Richard Toohey rescheduled the trial for 22-year-old Andrew Thomas Gallo to April 19, 2010, to give Deputy Public Defender Bryan Harris time to prepare a defense.
