Friday, October 9, 2009 BATON ROUGE, La. -- The Southwestern Athletic Conference has reprimanded the Grambling State and Prairie View marching bands for playing at inappropriate times during a game last weekend. Conference spokesman Duane Lewis says each band played as the other team's offense approached the line of scrimmage in the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, even though conference rules say bands must stop after the offense breaks its huddle.
