INDEPENDENCE, Ohio -- Even with his four NBA titles, Shaquille O'Neal says this Cleveland Cavaliers team could be better than all the rest. That would include the 2000 Lakers, when O'Neal and Kobe Bryant led Los Angeles a 67-15 record and a title.
