Week 5 rankings: Eagles, Bills, Steve Smiths

Maybe it's just coincidence, but I could tell while doing my rankings on Tuesday which fantasy football position would be hurt the most by the second week of byes, just as I could last week. Of course, the NFL schedule makers don't think about the combination of teams that have the week off, but fantasy footballers need to.
