New NCAA rules: The Good, the Bad, the Goofy

Several new NCAA rules have been passed or proposed recently. Here are my thoughts on a few of them: Phone Call Sensibleness: The NCAA is on the way to getting something right through a proposal to allow unlimited phone calls to recruits during contact periods.
