This week starts a new segment in the Pass Plays picks -- the "What's It Gonna Take?" waiver-wire selections. The WIGT picks are wide receivers and/or tight ends who have posted quality fantasy numbers for repeated weeks yet still are available in a high percentage of ESPN.com leagues.
