Tuesday, October 6, 2009 LITCHFIELD, Conn. -- Connecticut prosecutors have dropped assault and breach of peace charges against Maryland basketball player Jordan Williams and four other teenagers. An arrest warrant released Monday says Williams, a 6-foot-10 freshman forward, was accused of throwing an underage girl to the ground to stop her from fighting with his girlfriend in his hometown of Torrington on Aug. 8.
