STAR QUARTERBACK FACES FORMER TEAMMATES MINNEAPOLIS -- Brett Favre, 39, appeared in a "Monday Night Football" game against the Green Bay Packers, marking the first time the well-known quarterback has faced his former team. The Vikings prevailed 30-23, clinching the contest when a late onside kick by Green Bay failed. Favre threw for 271 yards and three touchdowns.
