After watching the Week 4 matchups, Scouts Inc. shares its 10 key observations: 1. The Colts' running game is back: RB Donald Brown has matured very quickly and the Indianapolis Colts now have a formidable running game once again. Brown doesn't deserve all the credit, but he is quite impressive and is very well-rounded for such a young back.
