Sunday, October 4, 2009 LANDOVER, Md. -- Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis is on the active roster for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Portis had been listed as questionable and his status was considered a game-time decision for the second week in a row. He is nursing a bruised calf and has been hindered by bone spurs in both ankles.
